New settings for date variables

• Restrict the date range by specifying a specific or relative start/end date
• Set specific day(s) of the week that cannot be selected by specifying excluded days

Other improvements and fixes

• Move and resize animation bars on the timeline in bulk when multiple frames are selected
• Fixes and improvements in PDF output, text, image crop, and color picker
