GraFx Experience — end user overview

Someone on your brand team already did the hard work. The design is locked in, the brand colors are set, the rules are in place.

Your job is to make it yours.

The portal gives you access to campaign materials that are ready to personalize. You pick the formats you need, adjust what you're allowed to adjust — a headline, a product, a region — and produce your output. Print-ready, on-brand, and done.

No design software. No back-and-forth with the creative team. No risk of breaking the brand.

Note

The portal is set up and branded for your organization. Page names (such as Campaigns, Projects, Orders) may differ depending on how your portal is configured. This documentation uses the default names.

What you can do

Browse campaigns The campaigns page shows all available campaigns you have access to. Each campaign is based on a Design System and contains one or more layouts for different output formats (print, digital, in-store, social, etc.).

Create and personalize projects When you start a campaign, you create a project — your own named instance of that campaign. You select the layouts you need, then personalize the content (text, images, colors) using the variables defined in the template. Changes can be applied to all layouts at once, or to individual layouts separately.

Produce output Once a project is ready, you can download it as a print-ready or digital file, or send it directly to a production partner for printing or distribution.

Manage your projects All your projects are saved and accessible from the Projects page. You can return to any project at any time to continue editing, produce more output, or organize projects into lists.

Getting around the portal

The table below uses the default page names. Your portal may use different labels — if you don't see a page called "Campaigns", look for something similar in your navigation.

Page What it's for
Campaigns Browse available campaigns and start new projects
Projects View and manage all your saved projects
